Franceschetti Medal & Lecture
The Franceschetti Medal is the highest tribute given to members of the International Society of Genetic Eye Disease and Retinoblastoma. It is awarded to an outstanding member of ISGEDR or a prominent member of the Ophthalmic Genetics community for a lifetime of achievement in the study of genetic eye diseases and/or service to the Society.
This is the Ellsworth Lecture of ISGEDR. A Robert M. Ellsworth Lecture is also given at Weill-Cornell Medical College Department of Ophthalmology.
This is the ISGEDR François Lecture. Another François Memorial Lecture has been given at the meeting of the Belgian Ophthalmological Society.
